Yes, all cleaning fees are included in the hire price. (unless extra cleaning is needed due to stains and spills on the garment, the renter will be charged accordingly).

We are located in Cottesloe. 1/10 Station Street. 

Outfits are booked directly through the website.  Unfortunately we cannot hold garments for customers.

Payment is made directly through the website via Paypal or Afterpay or in-store with card. 

Unfortunately we are not able to hold a garment.

Outfits are to be returned to West Coast Dress Hire by the Monday afternoon following a weekend rental period. If the garment is being rented for a mid week booking (Monday – Thursday), the garment is to be returned the day following your hire date in store.  If a garment is being rented via postage, it is to be posted back by 3pm Monday. 

Bookings can be cancelled, however, unfortunately payment is final and we are unable to give a refund.

Please contact us straight away, and avoid cleaning or fixing the garment yourself.

Generally we ask you to return the outfit as per normal and upon expectation of the garment we will let you know the next steps. Usually a payment for a seamstress or extra cleaning fees will be required.

In rare circumstances, a damaged garment may mean it is unable to be hired out anymore. In these cases, replacement costs up to the full RRP will be owed.

Yes, we express post WA wide. For smaller items postage costs $22 and for larger ones $30. This includes an addressed return bag.

Yes, we encourage to bring friends to your try on appointment.

Yes, we can hire out other people’s garments. Please contact us directly for more information regarding our consignment arrangements.
